Each house is photographed and each room of the house can be narrated and presented to the prospective buyer. There is a contact link on each property, direct to you or the agent, as well as basic info about the house, the asking price and taxes in text below each presentation.

Pricing

Basic Listing - $50 Includes creation of 1 (one) video using client provided pictures. 1 (one) telephone meeting to get the fine points and selling features of your home for the presentation. Choice of English/Spanish or both languages. (additional charge for second language presentation) One (1) month on the site included.

Additional 3 Months - $30 3 month blocks of additional time on the site.

Second Language - $20 Want to expose your house in South American? We can arrange to have a presentation done in Spanish! (Currently only Spanish is available)

Professional advertising – $20 per mo
